A romantic Edwardian-to-Art Deco ‘Toi et Moi’ ring, crafted in England around the 1920s, set in 18 carat gold with delicate platinum millegrain detailing.

The design brings together a vibrant Sri Lankan sapphire of approximately 0.35 carats and a bright old European cut diamond of about 0.30 carats,  two distinct stones, bezel set side by side, joined in a fluid, entwined form.

Each shoulder is set with a row of tiny old cut diamonds, following the gentle S-curve of the band and echoing the refined elegance of the era.

The ‘Toi et Moi’ style - meaning “You and Me” has a storied romantic past.

It was famously given by Napoleon Bonaparte to Joséphine in 1796, featuring a sapphire and diamond just like this one.

That iconic ring helped popularise the design across Europe, and it has symbolised enduring partnership ever since.

This ring wears lightly and elegantly, full of sentiment and early 20th-century charm.

It is a ring full of symbolism and grace, an antique expression of unity and connection, ideal as a love token, engagement ring, or heirloom piece.
