We offer Free Standard UK Shipping on all orders except Layaway or Instalment payments.

UK Orders:
  • We send UK Orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery™ or DHL Express, fully insured free of charge.
  • UK orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
International Orders:
  • We send International Orders by DHL Express, fully insured free of charge
Customs, Taxes & Duty:
  • The customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and / or tariffs that may occur. Information for this can normally be found on your country’s website or customs office.
  • Duty does not apply when purchasing antiques aged over 100 years old in most countries. We mark your purchases as 'antiques’ when applicable.
Please note:
  • We cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • All orders shipped by E L T O N S are fully insured for their purchase price.
  • Once dispatched, your order tracking details will be provided.
  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Our goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know within seven days of receiving your order.  The statutory returns and rights of fourteen days from the day you receive the goods apply for all online purchases, and must be returned to us unworn and in exactly the same condition as when it left E L T O N S, including the original packaging it came in - once a piece has been altered or resized it is ineligible for a refund or exchange.
All items must be fully insured to the full value of the piece if return is not personally being returned in store. 

We provide a certified service through our trusted third-party and independent certification companies for £175, upon customer request. Certification by non-recommended companies may void our returns policy. Customers must acknowledge this risk before choosing independent certification.

Our Returns Policy applies to fair purchases only, and therefore excludes items used for any commercial nature or publicity benefits, including social media and events.

ELTONS does not accept returns due to stones that are lost or damaged during wear. We do not take responsibility for repair or replacement of stones that are lost or damaged during wear. Replacement costs will be charged, and we can assist in locating a suitable jeweller for repairs.

Buyer pays return postage:
    • Please return the order to us in the original packaging
    • We recomend using DHL Express for the return.
    • The customer is responsible for returning the item and for any costs incurred. Do NOT post in a post box.

    International Returns
    Buyer pays return postage:
    • Please mark the package as ‘Return of sample merchandise, origin UK, item over 100 years old’.
    • The customer is responsible for returning the item and for any costs incurred.
    • We recommend you use DHL Express to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us.
    • International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
