SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard UK & Worldwide  Shipping on all orders

UK Orders:
  • We send all UK Orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery™
  • UK orders made before 4pm will arrive the next working day before 1pm 
International Orders:
We send all International Orders by Royal Mail International Business Tracking and Signature Services

  • 2 working days for Western Europe
  • 4 working days for Eastern Europe
  • 6 working days for the Rest of the World
Customs, Taxes & Duty:
  • The customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and / or tariffs that may occur. Information for this can normally be found on a country’s website or customs office.
  • Duty does not apply when purchasing antiques aged over 100 years old in most countries. We mark your purchases as 'antiques’ when applicable.
Please note:
  • We do not redirect orders once items have been dispatched
  • All orders shipped by Elton Antique Jewellery are fully insured for their purchase price
  • Once dispatched, your order tracking details will be provided
  • All orders require a signature upon receipt 
  • Orders will be sent out within 24 hours of receipt of payment
  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays
  • We do not ship to a postal box address
We are able to ship to most countries however in some circumstances this may not be possible - please contact us if this is the case

RETURNS 
Our goal is customer satisfaction. Should you purchase anything from us, you can return it within 14 days. The item must be returned to us in exactly the same condition as it was provided.

UK Returns
We offer free returns:

    • Please return the order to us in the original packaging (including padded envelope) and enclose it in the pre-paid and addressed plastic envelope that comes with your order
    • Please drop the parcel off at your local Post Office® branch for dispatch
    • Please do NOT post in a post box
International Returns
Buyer pays return postage:

  • Please mark the package as ‘Return of sample merchandise, origin UK, item over 100 years old’
  • The customer is responsible for returning the item and for any costs incurred
  • We recommend you use FedEx to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us
  • International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU)
