A striking late Georgian mourning ring in classic navette form, set with a finely painted portrait miniature beneath glass.

The central image depicts a lady, surrounded by a border of vibrant cobalt blue enamel and a halo of natural seed pearls.

Beautifully crafted in 15ct gold with engraved shoulders, it was likely made in England around 1800.
