This antique buckle bangle was made in Britain in 1912 and is crafted in solid nine carat gold that has developed a soft warm glow.
Hallmarked in Birmingham with the anchor mark, 9.375 gold standard, and the date letter ‘n’, it’s a beautifully preserved example of Edwardian-era jewellery.
The engraved surface features scrolling floral detail, flowing across the front half of the bangle and leading into the raised buckle motif, a classic symbol of loyalty and strength.
The inside of the bangle measures approximately 6cm by 5.5cm, making it a comfortable fit for most wrists.
It opens with a secure clasp and retains its original safety chain.
There are two small dents consistent with age, but overall the piece remains in excellent condition.
It’s a timeless piece, easy to wear, easy to love, and an elegant addition to any antique jewellery collection.
Available exclusively at ELTONS, Grays Antique Market, Mayfair, London.
