A vibrant and finely crafted bracelet by British designer Bernard Instone, made in silver with richly coloured citrines and peridots set in sculpted floral mounts.
The alternating gemstones, golden citrine and fresh green peridot, are framed by delicately modelled silver leaves and blossoms, linked in rhythmic panels with double chains and a safety clasp.
Each section is subtly different, reflecting Instone’s hand-finished approach and his background in the Birmingham Arts & Crafts tradition.
Born in 1891, Instone trained under Arthur Gaskin and developed a distinct style rooted in natural forms and artisanal precision.
Made in England in the 1930s, this piece is both decorative and grounded, with timeless colour and unmistakable charm.
Length 16cm.
Available exclusively at ELTONS, Grays Antique Market, Mayfair, London.
